Resumen

La investigación tuvo por finalidad analizar desde las categorías: sujeto, realidad, racionalidad y poder, los cambios que se han venido gestando a lo largo del establecimiento de un orden social emergente a raíz del avance de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación, a fi n de establecer su impacto en el ámbito de la Teoría Administrativa, específicamente en el campo gerencial. Para este análisis se hizo uso de la estrategia documental desde el enfoque hermenéutico. Se concluye que la concepción adoptada respecto a los elementos analizados se constituye en un sistema de pensamiento que invade la gerencia, orientando sus acciones y decisiones tendentes a lograr mayor productividad y rentabilidad organizacional. En este tenor se observa que, el pensamiento gerencial se moviliza hacia la Gerencia Cualitativa Humanística, cuyo fundamento es el hombre, aun cuando se evidencia incongruencia entre lo que se dice y lo que se hace, entre el ser y el hacer, posiblemente como consecuencia de la situación de transitoriedad que se vive.

Abstract

The Administrative Theory in the Emerging Context

The purpose of this investigation was to analyze, since the categories: subject, reality, rationality and power, the changes that have come itself gestating along the establishment of emerging social order because of the information and communication technologies’ advance, in order to establish its impact in the environment of the Administrative Theory, specifically in the area managerial. For this analysis were use documentary strategies with hermeneutic focus. It is concluded that the conception respect the analyzed elements, constituted in a system of thought that invades the management, orienting its actions and aiming decisions to achieve greater productivity and profit value organizational. It is observed that, the managerial thought is mobilized toward the Humanistic Qualitative Management, whose base is people, still when itself evidence inconsistency among what is said and what is done, among the to be and the to do, possibly as a result of the situation of transitory that lives itself.
